Account details: the username or email you register with, and your login session.

Booking details: the name and contact details you enter, the listing you chose, and for driving tests your theory test certificate number and a photo of your provisional licence.

Payment references: the PayPal email or username you paid from and the transaction ID you paste in. We never see or store your card or PayPal password.

Basic technical data needed to run the site securely, such as request logs.

We use your details only to place and manage the booking you asked for, to match your payment to that booking, to keep you updated on its status, and to prevent fraud or misuse of the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your bookings are visible to you in your dashboard and to the FastTrack UK administrators who process them.

Where a booking has to be placed with a test centre, promoter or ticket provider, we pass on only the details that booking requires.

We also rely on service providers who host the site, database and file storage, and on PayPal for the payment itself. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Licence photos are stored in private file storage that is not publicly accessible. They are used only to place your test booking and are viewable by administrators processing that booking.

We keep booking records while your booking is active and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and supporting documents once your bookings are complete.

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete your account. Contact us using the details on your booking and we will respond.

Access to bookings and uploaded documents is restricted to your own account and to administrators. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
