Terms of Service

FastTrack UK is an independent booking service. We search for short-notice driving test cancellations and source event tickets on your behalf. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government body, test centre, promoter, venue or primary ticket seller.

Listings show availability at the time of viewing. Slots and tickets can be taken by someone else before your payment reaches us, so no listing is reserved until we confirm it.

You must give accurate details when you register and when you book. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through your account.

For driving test bookings you must supply a valid theory test certificate number and a clear photo of your own provisional licence. Submitting someone else's documents, or details you are not entitled to use, means we cannot complete the booking.

The only payment method we accept is PayPal Friends & Family. Payment is made first, using the reference note shown at checkout, and you then confirm your PayPal email or username along with the transaction ID.

Prices shown at checkout are the full amount due. We do not add fees after payment and we will never ask you for card details.

Because Friends & Family payments are treated as personal transfers, they do not carry PayPal purchase protection. If you are not comfortable with that, please do not place an order.

After you submit your payment details your booking is marked as processing while we check the payment and put the booking through. You will see the status update in your dashboard.

You may request a cancellation from your dashboard at any time before your booking is confirmed. Once a slot or ticket has been booked in your name it cannot normally be cancelled, because the underlying booking has already been paid for and issued.

If we cannot secure the slot or ticket you paid for, we will offer you the nearest alternative or return your payment in full.

Bookings that pass their test or event date, and bookings left unpaid, are marked as expired automatically.

We may change prices, listings or these terms at any time. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.

Do not resell, scrape or automate access to the service, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or other users' bookings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or submit fraudulent documents or payment details.

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee a specific date, test centre, seat or ticket type. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
